JP's Hideout is a family run restaurant that is the realization of a lifelong dream. John Windfeldt was introduced into the restaurant industry at a very young age. John's father Pete Windfeldt owned an operated the much beloved Crestwood Restaurant in Littleton, CO for 36 years. John, along with the rest of his family, worked at the Crestwood and basically grew up there. Over the years, John has learned every aspect of the industry but the passion for food service that was engrained in him at his father's restaurant was always in his heart. John’s dream of continuing his father's legacy has now become a reality in JP’s Hideout, where he will continue to be guided by the core principle of providing fresh, quality food in an inviting environment.
